Hitiikh founded Stonehhart because he believes property investment, done properly, is one of the most reliable ways to build lasting wealth. He completed graduate studies in Psychology and went into property investment straight out of university, so he understands how people make decisions as well as how the market works. He leads every engagement personally and stays involved well beyond the purchase.

Layesh holds a Masters in Social Work and an MBA. He is as comfortable reading market data as he is understanding the personal circumstances behind each client’s goals, and he takes a patient, data-led approach with the long term in mind.

Divya has a Masters in Biochemistry and a background in teaching, and she is good at breaking complex information down into something clients can use. She is thorough and measured, and she bases her advice on strategy rather than sentiment.

Anav’s background is in Actuarial Studies, which trained him to assess risk and long-term outcomes, and he applies that directly to property decisions. He guides clients through the property market calmly and clearly, and builds strategies meant to hold up across market cycles.

Ernel looks after how Stonehhart presents itself, from the brand to client communications. He studied marketing and cares about connecting with people as well as reaching them, and he makes sure the firm’s values of clarity and integrity come through in everything we send out.

Aaron’s degree in Actuarial Studies gave him a grounding in risk, probability and financial modelling, and that shapes how he thinks about property. He is building his experience across the full Stonehhart process and brings careful attention to detail to the client engagements he supports.

Adeliya joined Stonehhart as a Property Associate. She supports our strategists with research, due diligence and client care from the start of a purchase to the end.

Ummehani joined Stonehhart as a Property Associate. She works alongside our strategists to support clients at every stage of the process.

Iana keeps Stonehhart running behind the scenes. She supports the director and coordinates the firm’s day-to-day operations, from scheduling and client communication to the administrative detail that keeps every engagement on schedule.
